Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop effective intervention plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
- Offer crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
Desired Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience with diverse student populations and a variety of psychological assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school sites
- Knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and best practices
